Island Adventures

Whether you will be spending multiple days, or just an afternoon sailing aboard Venture, we like to give you a full and memorable experience. Pristine and secluded islands, perfect for picnics and exploration, surround the coast of Maine.  After a few hours of sailing, it is delightful to step ashore, stretch your legs and stroll through a quaint Maine village. Comb the shores for sea glass, shells and other souvenirs, or browse the local shops and galleries. The island of Little Cranberry, a short sail from Mount Desert Island, is home to a delightfully cozy restaurant with spectacular views, and exceptional local cuisine.  Make an evening of it and spend a romantic night in the welcoming island B&B and we’ll arrange pickup for you in the morning!  If you prefer to head home and to watch the sunset from Venture, we’ll sail you back after your meal.
